CarBuyBids is not a car dealer, buyer, or seller. We do not own vehicles listed through the Site and do not guarantee offers, prices, or transactions.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your vehicle
• Submit information only for vehicles you own or are authorized to sell
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site

You are solely responsible for your interactions and transactions with dealers and other third parties.

CarBuyBids does not guarantee:

• That you will receive any offers
• That any offer will meet a specific price or condition
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any offer or dealer representation

Any transaction you enter into with a dealer is solely between you and that dealer.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to CarBuyBids and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Site only for your personal, non‑commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written permission.

Your use of the Site is also governed by the CarBuyBids Privacy Notice, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the Site, you consent to our privacy practices.

CarBuyBids may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies and work with advertising partners to show you interest‑based ads, as described in our Privacy Notice. This may involve sharing limited information (such as device identifiers, hashed emails, and browsing activity) with third parties to deliver and measure personalized advertisements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarBuyBids and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Claims arising out of or related to your use of the Site, our services, or your interactions with dealers

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to CarBuyBids (if any) in the 3 months prior to the claim; or (b) $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CarBuyBids and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Site
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party
